Made-to-Order Policy

We make each Diamond Pressure item after you order it, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide before placing your order.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@diamondpressure.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo so we can replace the item or issue a full refund.

Preorders

You may cancel a preorder within 48 hours of purchase. After that, the charge is final because production may already be underway.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
