Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We make every Diamond Pressure item after you order it. Production usually takes 3-7 business days. If an item is a preorder, its estimated shipping window will appear at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the United States through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier depends on your location and order size. Standard delivery usually takes another 3-7 business days after production.

Tracking

We'll email your tracking number as soon as the order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or misses the expected delivery window, email hello@diamondpressure.com. We'll help you sort it out.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at launch. We'll announce when it opens.
